Suffice it to say that reducing your tax to the maximum is the stuff anarchists' dreams are made of. Taxes are a daily burden for everybody, and nobody is not a victim. Everything we consumed has been taxed one way or another.
Many people actually believe that the un-employed do not pay taxes. This is wrong when it comes to the Philippines. Utility / communication bills, energy (gasoline, diesel, electricity), food, drinks, clothes, water, cornick, and even a posporo are taxed. It is where our corrupt system feed from - where your local elected and their chosen officials get money to purchase their second homes, four wheel drive trucks, and excess from their lowly-paid government positions.
Businessmen and entrepreneurs should re-consider reducing their taxes, net taxable income with this program. One can choose to help poor children get inspiration from the quality books given to them, or teach educators and learners how to reduce their wastes while imposing them to plant more trees.

Challenging my Government
Unfortunately for anarchists like me, we reside in states where there still are systems called governments. I don't know what I'll call mine. If you want to know the truth, I believe our president wants to help this country (and its people) become a better society, in however way he can.
And I know one of the reasons why he can't. He is only one. So, I offered to help. Find below my exchange of letters with them:
And I know one of the reasons why he can't. He is only one. So, I offered to help. Find below my exchange of letters with them:
My letter has been referred to (Justice) Liza B. de Leon of the DoJ in December 2016. In early March, thinking I have given them sufficient time to mull over my proposal, I made a phone and email follow-up. Ms. De Leon wrote: March 13 2017 /Dear ——/ This has reference to the DOJ Action Center 2nd Transmittal dated 10 January 2017 on the above subject. / Relative to the above, we regret to inform you that we cannot accomodate your proposal due to budgetary constraints of this Department. Thank you. / Very truly yours,/ LIZA B. DE LEON, Director IV, Administrative Service.
I replied: Dear Ms. De Leon, Just in case that I will be helping secure budget for the project, would you endorse it for funding?
That was March 15, 2017. It's April 7, 2016. If I have money to pay a high calibre lawyer, I'd complain to the Civil Service Commission against Ms. De Leon for violation of the 15-day acceptable length of answering tax-payer querries. They have been pretending for too, long now we have a functional government. Well, we don't.
Anyway, Ms. De Leon's silence can only mean one thing: she does not know what to say. She did not expect me replying such.
It might also mean, Fuck no! We do not want some people weeding out corruption in government agencies because we are weeds!
I am understanding like that. I can understand, but it does not mean I will sit here and find myself a pellet gun and a target paper. I'd call Malacanang.

So, I Do A Robert Ludlum
He is my favorite author.
I won't get published the traditional way. But thank you Amazon! Just amazing to let dreamers chase their dreams!
This is my first spy-fi, and please, I would like to remind you, I am an ESL. So, be kind to me and just buy it!
But of course, I still want you to enjoy.
The cover.
And so, the book opens with a seemingly related quote from the Why The Lucky Stiff. This book, anyway, is about rigging the atmosphere and the current favorite of the millennium: Global Warming.

It's here.
"Government is an abstract noun meaning the art and process of governing and it should be an offence to write it with a capital G or so to refer to people … The most improper job of any many, even saints (who at any rate were at least unwilling to take it on), is bossing other men. Not one in a million is fit for it, and least of all those who seek the opportunity …"

It's a FREE World
where everybody can roam around without worries of money running out, or citizenship.... gah! I am a Somali!
we all dream of that - at least - those who are not greedy enough to own more than what they can consume in 3 lifetimes.
free education at Coursera and Iversity
free permaculture - happy - living...
free animation app!!!
free bikes! (OK, ok, you can share!)
free global accommodation & friends!
now, if there is only free air travel!
and more shareables!
and in the Philippines, you can actually ASK for stuff from this group members!
free books (for poor children only!) in the Philippines!
Then, here's an advice to our bureaucrats. (those who want to have a little common sense, I meeeen.)

The Zodiac: Choose your own
I am a fan of zodiac signs, sometimes. I read that my zodiac character is one of those most adorable, center of attention sissy based on the date of my birth. But when I read the other zodiac sign characteristics, I also see myself: determined, ambitious, strong-willed. But often times, I only read my horoscope when I feel I am in love and to check if the daily events jibe. So, I am actually a zodiac and horoscope victim. Thrice. This is why, let's fit our sign and get on.
Choose your sign (or signs), believe, and go ahead.
We will be fine!
I always felt I am hard working. So, add the rest I mentioned here except for the sissy (my name stands for purity and strength, so, there already are inconsistencies, and I have chosen purity and strength over sissy, I mean, who wants to be a sissy??? well, of course, the horoscope designers will not say the word sissy for marketing reasons!!! but I always read between the lines, never mind if the words overlap!) and I am that person. In this year of the horse, choose to be a horse for speedy success.

Civil Obedience
Just think about it... but more than that, act!
Or read the Moon is a Harsh Mistress...
where Professor de la Paz explains our credo, "In terms of morals there is no such thing as a ‘state.’ Just men. Individuals. Each responsible for his own acts. I am free, no matter what rules surround me. If I find them tolerable, I tolerate them; if I find them too obnoxious, I break them. I am free, because I know that I alone am morally responsible for everything that I do."

PSG Patron Saint
It's Kurt Cobain, of course. And the national anthem is quite long, here:
The album's picks is fraught with pacifism...
about friendship... "need an easy friend"
"as I want you to be, as a friend..."
of pellet gun...
"no I don;t have a gun"
and some things we easily could not do...
"don't expect me to lie"
"I think I'm dumb
Or maybe just happy."
If you want the words, here they are...
hey, this is my republic. you can create your own as you please.
and all of our favorite oligarchs have this for you:
"There's nothing on the top but a bucket and a mop
And an illustrated book about birds
You see a lot up there but don't be scared
Who needs action when you got words."
and we can only chorus back:
"Where do bad folks go when they die?
They don't go to heaven where the angels fly
They go down to the lake of fire and fry
Won't see 'em again till the fourth of july..."

Notebook
As I shared earlier, I am already getting educated... big deal... how do you educate a hundred and eight year old anarchist?
Surprisingly, I admitted I was enjoying education. And I do. It's like taking a shortcut about life... For instance, the uni MOOC talk about Dieter Rams and his principles of a good design... I wonder if I can adopt it in designing a semi-anarchist PGS? remember, I used to detest formal education.
Here it is, A GOOD DESIGN, anyway:
I keep too many chaotic thoughts, Imaintain started probably 15 blogs as release... or more. Some I have abandoned, some I visit every now and then, and try reviving, but they are comatose. Some are already deleted. And this, PSG, is quite young. My other diaries (blogs now) talk about my "creative" (hah! I am saying it again!) which probably is the closest I can point as related to my design 101 course. But not as close to a notebook... like this. This has become quite a diary, kinda more personal, closer to my personality yet as anonymous as it could get. Anonymity keeps us out of tangles and dangers. As much as I don't want to admit, I want m diary to be anonymous, so, I have stopped the physical diary. it is sort of vulnerable.
I can't doodle and paste pretty clippings, tho. that is one disadvantage... what I keep now is a notebook of calendar of activities, a reminder... I draw on them, whendesigning expressing what I want to build (a room, furniture, house repair, a task)... now, do I still want a physical notebook? tough question.
And the main lesson for today, from Mark Twain...

Here it is, A GOOD DESIGN, anyway:
- Is innovative - progression should not be exhausted... always offer new opportunities for original designs...
- Makes a product useful - has to satisfy, functional, with psychological and aesthetic criteria... emphasizes the usefulness of a product disregarding anything that could detract from it.
- Is aesthetic - integral to its usefulness is the effect on well-being...
- Makes a product understandable - clear product structure... making use of the user's intuition (think of the early apple /macs). At best, it is self-explanatory.
- Is unobtrusive - fulfills a purpose ... design should be neutral and restrained yet leave room for the user's self-expression.
- Is honest - should appear as it really is. without promises that cannot be kept.
- Is long-lasting - avoids being fashionable but never appears antiquated... lasts many years – even in today's throwaway society.
- Is thorough down to the last detail - (now, this is a job!) Nothing must be arbitrary or left to chance. Care and accuracy in the design process show respect towards the consumer.
- Is environmentally friendly - contribute to the preservation of the environment, resources... and minimizes physical and visual pollution throughout its lifecycle.
- Is as little design as possible - Less, but better – concentrates on the essential aspects, and not burdened with non-essentials. Pure and simple...
I keep too many chaotic thoughts, I

Forgive quickly. Kiss slowly.
Love truly. Laugh uncontrollably.
And never regret anything that makes you smile.

Almost FREE Education
Not that I promote formal learning or education... but it is the closest thing I'd want for a government. So, when I heard of it, I of course enrolled. It is called Massive Online Open Course or MOOC. My uni (oi, like I really am getting educated, I am making Huckleberry blush!) is called Iversity and you can read about them here... One of the courses I enrolled into is Design 101. And I was blown away the first day! Mr. Stefano Mirti shares a lot you'd think his lectures (he calls them postcards!) are your own wayward scribbles and notes while you are suicidally bored listening to your trigonometry or character education teacher in secondary school. Imagine actually watching Pink Floyd's legendary anthem right on his class postcards? You should check out the other links as well! This is the coolest cool next to Antarctica I've had in centuries! Not that I've landed in that continent, silly. Imagination, my dear.
And now that I am trying to make this idle brain and body useful, I am now wondering if these courses will be credited when I apply for a corporate job, eh? Or if I'd require recognition from civil society groups to join their communal workforce?
Hey, if it is of relevance, I created this in less than an hour for the course!

11-gun salute
I just took an 11-gun salute, whatever that may be. From my father. Many times, I don't want to call him dad. But he made me, no matter what. A classmate once told me I was a fox, a survivor. For surviving a cruelty I call "dad".
The 11-gun salute (warn shots) was for the destruction of some plants of a project I worked to attain. Just yesterday, I cried, cried because I have several seedling tree plants - stray plants I nurtured and re-planted, placed tree guards - the better of which our street will be shady come sunny season... better of which my kids or their kids will have some trees to climb like I did when I was a kid - destroyed by stupid goats - our goats included.
Anyway, he - the father /dad - said it was I that was destroying his name. Maybe, he felt it, too. For up to my old age of maybe 190 now- I was still contemplating if I should right the wrong done to me. Not so much as to "us" - the family we never was.
I grew up in pain and torture, physical, emotional and mental. I had to run away from "home" at the age of 13/14 to escape his cruelty. I worked as house help to earn a degree. Because I received beatings for any or no reason at all. All over my body - head, hands, feet, 'til the beating stick frayed and gave up, 'til I no longer feel the pain. And then, I said to a being they call Jesus, "You were lucky, you were 30 / bigger and stronger when they beat you. Luckier still, you did not call your tormentors 'father'..."
It was not only me, but I always felt he hated me the most. It was probably because I always tell the truth. It was probably because in July 2005, when he shot a gun to silence me in front of my 3 scared innocent kids, I only replied, "I can't be afraid of your gun. If I will, nobody will ever tell you the truth."
This time again, I am being blamed and threatened to my bones with my kids afraid. I am being silenced for things I was being blamed. That I was destroying his name.
And I have been having second thoughts about that for a long time now. Should I proceed to fight him? I am very tempted. I guess, this is more than the shove and the push. I have become this defiant because of a man I called "dad". I have become fearless about a lot of things, including filing a suit against the most powerful men in our block (OK, town) because he made me.
The 11 gun salute did not kill me, it must have made me stronger. It might be another sign to right a wrong I have let pass for decades now. Jesus, I am so old. I could have died several decades back, and done with all this shit, but I wasn't. I am alive, and I am fighting. I won't let shit win if I have to die doing it.

PGS
Incidentally, Pellet Gun Society was inspired by the abnormal desire of my son to have guns. Luckily, it is all toy guns. He wants the real ones when the right time comes. He wants to become a soldier. I don't get it at all: people wanting to become soldiers?
I'd like to link it to his want for order. He hates disorder and violators. But still, I wish he gets over it. So I buy him a lot of distraction, because I noted he has dexterous hands at visual arts... and pellet guns - i want to believe that by buying all the pellet gun models he likes, he'll grow up off it.
Hopefully.
What kind of a mother would want his son to become a soldier?

Money
For me not to be interested with money and material wealth would be hypocritical. But I was never as drawn to it as majority of the people I know of which many prob'bly have no inkling I exist. I noticed how it was EVERYTHING to them.
Envy. Of course I have it, too. I sometimes wish I could pull out like them -lies on top of old lies. Or even cruelty. To amass wealth, certain qualities need be present: foremost greed and cruelty: Siamese twins. They don't separate ever. There is utter disregard for consequences, irresponsibility. Heartlessness.
This is one of the reasons why capitalism does not sit well on my vocabulary. The ulterior motive is always profit, and everything in-between just tools, if not barriers that needs to be either used or eliminated. It's sickening. For it to function properly, it must be cold-blooded, ruthless.
It reduces humanity into evil. It believes in programmed, scientific progression. But humans cannot be robots that are programmed. Therefore, it employs a lot of ways and means to be able to deliver on time, sell on time, profit on time.
I hate doing this - analysing sick practices.

Thinking About Education & Government
Education and law (or government?) are interestingly parallel in an opposite manner. Education is practically undertaken to reduce ignorance, and create wholesome, independent, productive, and better (than after they were born) individuals.
Meanwhile, governments were created to "control" and "protect" wholesome individuals from un-wholesome individuals.
Since education has virtually erased ignorance for most adult individuals, then, peoples from all over the world should start reducing "government bureaucracy" sizes as well as their controls because education has resulted to more pliant, sensitized, and disciplined individuals.

Firing Squad
Today, new law is added in this society: firing squad. Where a person prosecuted has defaulted to more than 3 cases, this person will be ordered for firing squad. The complainants will shoot him with pellet gun in the view of the public for a minute for as much as they (the complainants) can load.
I am loving this!

The Economy
For reasons beyond the law of gravity, the economy has dictated the logic of most men... like obliterating nations - for their petroleum, and threatening another for more petrol... Actually, it's a topic most mature people engage into, like - mostly worrying about it.
And yet we keep on reading about a few people accumulating all the economies of this world... kinda. They got lucky, they were industrious, strategic... and how we'd drool to be in their shoes... (except for their personal worries, tho').
But to be from Generation Why Bother and asked about it... is of course bothersome. If there ain't no job and nobody's taking me, why worry? It will be a more peaceful world. Unless of course Sadam reincarnates in Iran or Afghanistan.

PGS online
The online system of PGS will feature "common" (popular in other terms) personalities that virtual members can shoot online adopting the special force platform. Some of those to be listed include George Bush (the younger), and his cohorts.
There will be various "offenses" to be listed for each personality of which notices will also be filled up and be sent. Prior to shooting, 3 notices has been sent by a member of the society. The targets of course will not be "facing" their cases, so, they become common targets in a shooting range. After the 3rd notice, the member can start shooting but with limited bullets (I'll still ponder on how many bullets would each one gets for a dollar).
Nevertheless, even members can file a resolution against each other. Please refer to this for details.
The personality and members with the highest deaths shall be featured on the front page and for the various reasons that he had been shot. Although at this time I still am contemplating on this, they become the celebrities of the PGS.
It's pathetic, and it looks like reality to me now.
Welcome to my utopia.

Arbitration
if there is any form of a system that I will advocate in this society, it is the arbitration system. It is also a business, but not a government. This system will require all those who will avail of its service as members (thus, a membership fee). Membership is of course voluntary.
all members abide by its rules:
1. All disputes will start resolution with a notice which form will be filled up by the member.
2. The arbitration form shall be delivered by the arbitrator's office.
3. There will only be 3 notices of which failure by the respondent to settle with the complainant in front of the arbitrator upon delivery of the 3rd notice makes the respondent an open target for pellet gunning.
4. All pellet guns will use the 6 mm plastic bullet.
5. The respondent who have not settled his case is not allowed to shoot the complainant.
6. All members can only use and carry with them anywhere pellet guns.
7. Upon deliberation, the guilty party shall abide by what has been agreed by all parties (arbitrator, complainant and respondent) in a given time frame.
8. The respondent, therefore, even if guilty, has a say in the resolution.
9. Failure by the conflicting parties to abide by their agreement will carry with it additional penalties.
So, basically, my society has nothing else as a common body except the arbitration. All others shall embrace the free enterprise system.
However, unlike the free enterprise system, this society will not establish corporations. Every enterprise will be represented by its main owner. This is to avoid big problems about corporations that cannot be handled properly.

Governments are Big Business of the Ruling Class
no, i don't like studying or going to school. universities are the stuff that the corporate world uses to brainwash able-bodied young men and women...
... i just noticed after reading (involuntarily) thousands of articles about any thing and everything under the sun and beyond, I finally came to the conclusion that every form of government is a big business of the ruling class... ruling class because the leaders change, but only among them - the ruling class.
the ruling class came from what Herbert Spencer called survivors (the fittest). He specifically wrote: “This survival of the fittest, which I have here sought to express in mechanical terms, is that which Mr. Darwin has called 'natural selection', or the preservation of favoured races in the struggle for life."
Note the "favoured."
As a business, they (democratic vs socialism vs communism vs dictatorial vs oligarchic), each has its own selling point, the better of which is to fool the masses.
now... not that I am an anarchist, but obviously, I am...
neither am i violent - it is why a pellet gun is the most destructive weapon I'll ever want...
from here on i'll create my utopia... and critic the world that governments build.
